Well, I’ve started this blog to do Tuesdays with Dorie. My Baking with Julia book is speeding through space to arrive in a few days. I ordered a couple of other books while I was at it – who can resist books??
I am a baker. I’ve worked in food for a time now, and I want to learn more. I think this will be a great way to do it.
